Hall Street West Expansion

The objective of the project was to design and build an addition to the building which would create space for new packaging lines, new warehouse space, and a new shipping dock.
I conducted meetings to define stakeholder needs, kick off, construction progress and planning, equipment specifications, process design, timing of execution, and close out. Invoices were tracked against the budget. I oversaw construction activities, equipment installs, and training. -
Enbridge Flanagan South Pipeline Project

See projectDuring this project I continued to work closely with my superintendent, project manager, purchasing officer, and master mechanic to ensure that steady progress was made in delivering project deliverables to the sponsor on time, within budget, and with the entire scope of the project being fulfilled. I also spent some time mentoring a new employee who had just begun working for the company in a similar role to my own.

See projectI spent the lion's share of my time on this project working directly with my purchasing agent and master mechanic, ensuring that materials, machinery, and services were available to execute project work packages in a timely and economical manner. Together we constructed 450 miles of the Keystone XL pipeline.

See projectOn this project I stepped up to the plate and took a dual-role position, working long, hard hours monitoring a fleet of more than 400 pieces of equipment and tracking the cost of supplies, materials, and subcontracted work acquired for the timely completion of the project. I worked directly with the project manager to create analysis methods that would ensure the project would surpass our company's production and financial goals.

See projectThis was an excellent project. I first got my feet wet in fleet management and maintenance cost tracking on this project. I had to opportunity to work with some of the leaders of modern pipeline construction. Every day i learned new ways to monitor supply chains and forecast the need for maintenance on equipment that is being pushed to the limit.
